A Bit Of Background...
Great to have Trisha onboard with us here at Tipsy in the capacity of Sales Director, we sat down with her earlier this week to catch up on plans and tell you a bit more about her role within Team Tipsy.
Tell us three things about you?
I’m very excited to be here and it’s lovely to be part of the Tipsy team, you’ve got me thinking, so three things about me, here we go…
I’ve lived in the Surrey area for over 40 years now, I’ve two children, ages 21 and 12, and they keep me very active, especially with a 10-year age gap! My background has always been in sales but within various fields, including travel, skincare, and sporting events including motorsport, cricket, rugby, of which I’ve been fortunate to attend many events.
Having got the travel bug, I have been lucky enough to have travelled the globe extensively albeit the tip of the iceberg as there are so many more exciting places to explore. I would have to say my favourite country is Australia, albeit a very long time ago, Sydney captivated my heart, with its city and surf lifestyle I’ve recently, returned from Venice, Italy which could be a newfound favourite.
I’ve a passion for the natural world and sustainability and I love to give a little something back to create a positive impact on the planet. David Attenborough is my hero! About two years ago, I discovered strength training and weights in the gym and I’ve becoming let’s say a little obsessed with lifting striving for a new PB every time.
Tell us more...
So, tell me a little more about your role within Tipsy?
I’ve a huge amount of energy and sales knowledge that I’m looking forward to bringing growth to the Tipsy team, I love to meet new people, and certainly enjoy a tipple or two, I’m looking forward to expanding my knowledge and spreading the word about our Tipsy range.
Describe your perfect day?
Ooh good question, I love to make the most of the day so it’s an early start with a coffee in my hand. Weather-dependent as I’m a fair-weather girl but heading out on a lovely walk with family in the stunning British countryside ideally stumbling over a country pub to recharge and refresh. A chilled day at home relaxing in the garden with the sun shining, but don’t get me wrong any opportunity to throw on my glad rags for a function or event and I’m there!
