Our ‘nature to bottle’ philosophy stems from the Surrey smallholding we call home, where we try and grow as many of the fruits and herbs that go in our spirits. We also have space for a few animals and, when we remembered it was lambing season, we couldn’t resist getting these guys to come and join us for the summer. They’re still staying in their own little hut at the moment, but they’re already growing unbelievably fast and it won’t be long before they’re out patrolling the lawn! We’ve spent most of the last week feeding them and trying to come up with cocktail-themed names – so far we’ve managed baaaa-tini and baaaa-gherita… Let us know if you can think of any more!!! | |
