Three glasses of ice cream with marshmallows and lemon slices.

Today is World Cocktail Day, and we’re determined to make sure nobody misses it! We believe that some of the best cocktails come from the kitchen, and love adding creative foodie twist to old classics and new ideas alike!

Sometimes, a cocktail is all about simplicity. Our days in Michelin-starred kitchens taught us that the best dishes are often the simplest, and sometimes there’s no substitute for a classic Tom Collins or a Bond-inspired martini. On other days, we love to get as creative as possible, adding turning our favourite dishes into delicious cocktails (you really have to try our Lemon Meringue Pie cocktail!).

We couldn’t possibly show you all of our cocktails, so here are three easy but seriously impressive cocktails to try…

  1. Citrus Sloe: 50ml Tipsy Sloe Gin, 25ml Sugar Syrup, Juice of 1 Lemon, Juice of 1 Lime, 200ml Club Soda, Lemon Sherbert to Garnish Rim of Glass
  2. Candy Floss Cosmo: 35ml Tipsy’s London Dry Gin, 15ml Triple Sec, 15ml Orange Juice, 25ml Cranberry Juice, 20ml Lime Juice, Pinch of Candy Floss to Garnish
  3. Lemon Meringue Pie a bit more complicated, but well worth it!): 40ml Tipsy’s London Dry Gin, 25ml Limoncello, 25ml Lemon Juice, 1tbsp Lemon Curd, 4 Ice Cubes, Small Pipes of Italian Meringue

Where can I find the bottles?
