As part of our partnership with the Regent’s Park Open Air Theatre, we were delighted to get our very own access-all-areas passes to the press night of this summer’s first six-week production, Legally Blonde. Unfortunately we didn’t have much time to sit around and watch the fantastic performance, as we’d already volunteered to serve creative Tipsy cocktails to the 750 invited VIPs!
The press night was abundant with pink and sparkle, and was an amazing celebration of the vibrant joy of British theatre. To match the (again, very pink) atmosphere, we created a fruity and delicious strawberry cocktail, using a mixture of our London Dry and our Strawberry and Pink Peppercorn Gins. We’ve put the recipe below, and would love to see our followers have a go at creating them at home!
25ml Tipsy’s London Dry Gin, 25ml Strawberry and Pink Peppercorn Gin, 10ml Fresh Strawberry Puree, 100ml Pink Peppercorn Tonic, a teaspoon of Strawberry “Bubble Tea” Caviar
