Our first new spirit of the week is here – our very own 0% gin. Unlike most non-alcoholic spirits, ours is authentically distilled using the same process as our signature gin, except it stays in the still until all the alcohol has been burned off. That way, you get the same fresh botanical flavour, with its heavy juniper base and distinct notes of elderflower and heather, just without the alcohol. So, maybe it doesn’t make you Tipsy, but it’s definitely worth a try!
