Deliveries to the United Kingdom
- We use Royal Mail, Hermes, DHL and DPD for UK deliveries.
- We work closely with a specialist courier company, through which we can track deliveries and better address problems with delivery.
- We offer standard delivery at a charge of £4.50 up to a total package weight of 5kg. We aim to process and despatch your order within 3 working days, though this can vary during busy periods.
- Standard deliveries are shipped on a 48 hour service, meaning your order should arrive within 5 working days of the order being placed. If your order has not arrived within this time period please contact us directly.
- Standard deliveries are generally tracked by our specialist couriers, but tracking updates are the domain of the carriers themselves. These carriers have different approaches to keeping you informed.
- Orders with a total weight exceeding 5kg may be subject to additional delivery charges. These will be clearly set out before payment is taken.
- Orders containing fresh food products will be delivered by a specialist fresh-produce courier. For further information regarding the delivery of fresh produce please contact us directly.
- We will do our utmost to make sure all deliveries reach you in a timely manner within the timescale described in this policy. We cannot, however, be held responsible for delays caused by third party courier services.
- If your order is returned to us due to several failed delivery attempts, non-collection or an insufficient/incorrect address or contact details, we cannot refund any shipping costs.
- UK deliveries to the Channel Islands or outside of Great Britain may be subject to additional shipping charges. These will be clearly set out before payment is taken.
- We are currently not able to ship orders to PO Box addresses.
International Deliveries
- We use Royal Mail and DHL for deliveries outside the United Kingdom.
- We work closely with a specialist courier company, through which we can track deliveries and better address problems with delivery.
- International shipping will likely be subject to higher delivery charges. You will be informed of these prior to despatch.
- We ask that you allow 20 working days for parcels dispatched through a standard international service.
- We will do our utmost to make sure all deliveries reach you in a timely manner within the timescale described in this policy. We cannot, however, be held responsible for delays caused by third party courier services.
- If your order is returned to us due to several failed delivery attempts, non-collection or an insufficient/incorrect address, we cannot refund any shipping costs.
- Some products, including fresh food produce, may be unavailable for delivery outside the United Kingdom. You will be contacted about any such orders before those orders are processed.
