It’s fair to say that dry January isn’t for everyone – and naturally we think you can still do the New Year’s resolutions and emergency diets without giving up on your favourite tonic.
In fact, it’s been scientifically proven (by people much cleverer than us) that sometimes “everything in moderation” is the best way to change your lifestyle for the better. After all, how many of those “no more chocolate” resolutions haven’t made it past New Year’s Day?!
We’ve made a few New Year’s resolutions of our own this year: to try new things; to do our bit; and to get together with friends and family. And, funnily enough, we think you can do all of these while enjoying a refreshing, botanical, simple and delicious G&T.
