We’re not going to lie, we often have a little chuckle when we hear gin companies bragging about using 10million botanicals in their recipe (slight exaggeration, but you get the point!). Apart from the fact that using loads of different flavours makes the distilling process so much harder, we also know that when flavour is concerned, simple is always best. 

Needless to say, our team of cooks have had years of hearing this key message from their Michelin-starred head chefs, some using more repeatable language than others! But it seems to have worked – we know that the best dishes are the simplest, and drinks are no different.

When we launched The Tipsy Food Company we were keen that it would give something back. We were thinking of ways we could do something meaningful and we were thinking about like minded charities, given we are all about liquid it seemed sensible to think about water.
