To give an additional bit of foodie inspiration to our bottles, we’ve created an infusion mix for each of our spirits. Made up of the finest dried ingredients we could find, these are a great way of imparting additional flavour to your favourite drinks. 

The botanicals in the “test tube” are specifically chosen to complement the flavours of each spirit – our strawberry and pink peppercorn gin, for instance, is partnered with an infusion of rose petals and pink peppercorns, to add vibrant floral notes to the sweet and punchy gin. Our signature botanical gin, on the other hand, is combined with an infusion of lemon peel, orange peel, juniper and hibiscus, to give a citrus note and a botanical kick to enhance the gin’s flavour. Meanwhile, the sweetness of our honey spiced rum is complemented perfectly by zesty kaffir lime, orange peel and dried coconut, adding a tropical, Caribbean flavour to the unique African honey.
 
Each infusion is perfect to garnish a glass (infuse it in a tea bag for maximum effect!), or can be added to the bottle for 24 hours to really enhance the flavour profile of the spirit. This changes the colour too, which makes these delicious drinks look very unique indeed!

When we launched The Tipsy Food Company we were keen that it would give something back. We were thinking of ways we could do something meaningful and we were thinking about like minded charities, given we are all about liquid it seemed sensible to think about water. We are delighted to have partnered with Dig Deep, we are in awe of the work they do and really pleased that we can play our part.
